Penang Hill Train Hours Extended During Weekends Of School Holidays
GEORGE TOWN, Nov 17 (Bernama) — The Penang Hill train will operate two hours longer on weekends beginning Saturday in conjunction with the school holidays, Penang Hill Corporation (PHC) said in a statement today.
It said the train would run from 6.30 am until 10 pm.
The ticket counter would be closed one hour before the last trip from the hill station, it added.
The PHC will also hold a snake show and fire arts performance every Saturday and Sunday throughout the school holidays to draw the public to the tourist spot.
