news and informationbusiness,health,entertainment,technology

Indian Mee can be either served friend or wet. For friend Indian Mee, the yellow noodle is first dipped in boiling water, placed in a hot wok and friend together with chili sauce, sliced tau kua (bean curb), boiled potatoes, bean sprout, octopus, deep fried flour bundle. It is then served with copped lettuce, peanut powder, deep fried onions and a twist of lime.

The wet type, instead of frying, the yellow noodles and the additions are served with a sweep potato chili sauce mix. The reddish gravy or “kuah pedas”, is a concoction of chilies, onions, spices, garlic, vinegar, fresh tomatoes and thickened with mashed sweet potatoes.
