This stall is highly recommended by Penang Tourism Authorities. The price is reasonable compared to another stall at Lorong Selamat. Its normal fried koay teow costs RM3. Definitely it’s a value for money delicious food in Penang.
The cafe’s Chinese signboard is covered from outside sighting, it’s quite difficult to locate this stall for tourists new to Penang. The cafe is located at one corner of the junction of Lebuh China and Lebuh King.
